A luminous waterfront residence where organic luxury meets refined simplicity. Calacatta marble floors, full-height travertine wall panels, and warm brass accents create a timeless backdrop throughout the open-plan living spaces. The dining area is anchored by a sculptural live-edge glass table, complemented by a statement organic driftwood column and bold art-inspired details. The kitchen features seamless white cabinetry with a marble island and brass pendant lighting. Bedrooms are serene and light-filled, with textured wall panels, sheer linen curtains, and direct bay views.
